WebTrue sight wouldn't let you see through the stone just because it was created magically, so I don't see any reason it would let you see through fog that was conjured magically either. Now, if you used silent/major image to create the illusion of a fog cloud, Truesight would let you see through that since the fog is an illusion, not real fog.
