WebDisabling is still important. Trains will skip over disabled stations, e.g. given train schedule A -> B -> C, if B is disabled, then trains will go from A to C. If the station B's limit is instead set to 0, then trains will stop at A. If the station is both limit=0 and disabled, then trains will skip over the station.
